Your financial institution may refuse our request for authorization.

There are several possible reasons for this:

  • You have been asked to enter your card number, expiry date, cardholder's name and the security code on your carte.Vous card. You have unintentionally entered information with incorrect numbers. Please start again. Do not put spaces or hyphens between the 16 numbers on your bank card.
  • Your card's expiry date has passed. You must have received a new card.
  • The maximum limit authorized by your bank has been exceeded
